Lowe's Home Improvement

We live in Whiting Iowa I contacted Lowes through their website for a central air replacement 2 days later we had not heard from the A-Team so I called no response. On your website it takes two days. We are both in our 70's and would like and deserve a timely response. So we have contacted another local company instead. They will be here tomorrow. We expect a timely call back it only takes minutes, we will be going back to Menards for our purchases from now on. After 10 days we give up on any hope of Lowes contractors ever showing up or even calling.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Lowe’s. I purchased a kitchen and was given a specific delivery date. Then I received a call saying it would be delivered the next day, but later the delivery was pushed back by two more weeks. I had already paid for delivery, and when I called to ask for a solution, I was simply told there was nothing they could do. The lack of communication and commitment to customer service was extremely frustrating. On top of that, I was told my order was very large and that it required a very large truck for delivery. Because of that, I ended up renting a large trailer to pick it up myself. When I arrived at the store, it turned out the entire kitchen fit perfectly in my pickup truck, and more than half of the trailer was empty. I also received conflicting information from the employees. Some staff members told us my order was already at the store, while the manager insisted it had not arrived yet. No one seemed to know where my order actually was. I was also told that if I picked up the order myself, I would be refunded the delivery fee. However, when I got to the store, they changed their story and told me they couldn’t issue the refund there

I love visiting this store for various reasons such as your garden center, plumbing supplies, and electrical section. I do have a MAJOR complaint about something that disappoints me. Your restrooms are so horrible they rank lower than truck stops. The mens restroom has been off and on only 1 to 2 sink facets functional. You have a burnt out light or possibly a ballast in there that makes half the stalls dark, yet YOU SELL IT!! Not only do you sell either the t5 or t8 bulbs it requires but the ballast is in the same isles directly in front of the restroom. Obviously in today's day I don't expect quick repairs but It's been out for MONTHS! It shows that the store is really neglecting it. My children cannot go into the restroom without it being either scary from being dark, they cant wash their hands, and the soap dispensers don't work. Why can't it be fixed beyond negligence?

I generally like shopping at Lowe's because of their Military Discount. Thank you for your support of the Military customer. That being said, I had bought a refrigerator and stove and had them scheduled to be delivered in about a week. On the day that I was supposed to get them, they never showed up. I called the store to see what was going on and they told me they would need to be rescheduled and it would take about two more weeks. I found a different store I could get them sooner and cheaper. I went to Lowe's to cancel my order and get a refund. At the customer service desk when trying to get my refund they said we can't give a refund on something bought with a gift card, but told them I had paid with a credit card. So she had to get a Supervisor so they could get me a refund. I waited three hours while the Supervisor named Tiffany called different people so I could get my money back. I finally got it, but she tried to short me by $45.48. After complaining about not getting all my money a different Supervisor Amy, finally gave me the rest. She said something about getting the gift card back from from the employee who rescheduled my order. I latter figured out that the stove I had
